1. What phone sizes does the product fit?
The internal dimensions are 166 × 85.5 × 14 mm. It fits about 95% of phones on the market, except for oversized phones and foldable phones. (For phones larger than 6.7 inches, please contact customer service before purchase. For large phones, it’s recommended to place them without a case, as using a case may cause a tight fit.)
2. How many times can the emergency unlock be used?
Each device has a total of two emergency unlock opportunities. During a locked state, you can press and hold button A for about 10 seconds to interrupt the lock. After the two chances are used up, the timer function still works normally, but you can no longer force an unlock — you’ll have to wait until the countdown ends.
3. How long can the timer be set?
Each device can be set for a minimum of 5 minutes and a maximum of 24 hours, with any interval time in between.
4. How to use the buttons?
① Set time: Each time can be set between 5 minutes and 24 hours. After setting, hold the button for 2 seconds to confirm. The countdown will appear; after 5 seconds, release the button to lock.
② Silent mode: Press twice quickly to enter silent mode. Press three times quickly to switch back to non-silent mode.
③ Emergency unlock: Each device has 2 emergency unlocks. Before the countdown ends, hold button A for 10 seconds to unlock.
5. Can I still receive calls while the phone is locked?
Yes. The device has a “window opening” design, allowing you to slide to answer calls without unlocking
6. How many times can I use the emergency unlock?
Each device has 2 lifetime emergency unlocks. After these are used, you’ll need to wait for the timer to finish to open.
7. How long can I set the timer?
The standard version allows 5 minutes – 24 hours. The upgraded version supports up to 99 hours
8. Can I charge my phone while it’s locked inside?
Yes. The box has a charging port, so you can keep your phone powered even while it’s locked
